Combining over 15 years' experience in Executive Leadership and the People & Culture space, along with post graduate qualifications in Strategy, Leadership and Human Resource Management, Meraki People was founded by Marika Kelly as a way to combine her passion for working with businesses to unlock their potential and maximise their results - whilst also building cultures and work environments that have the potential to positively impact people's lives far outside the realm of work.

Completing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, specialising in Psychology, Erin combines her theoretical learnings with real-world experience in the People and Culture space - understanding  human behaviour and what is meaningful to people in their working environments. 

Specialising in HR Automation and implementation of HRIS systems like ELMO, Erin also plays a pivotal role in providing general P&C/HR advisory and support including recruitment.

Danielle is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and has applied her expertise across diverse industries, including mining, banking, real estate, construction, and the not-for-profit sector.
As our People & Culture Executive, Danielle’s specialities include generalist HR support and advice, payroll, and employee relations.  

With a degree in Business and almost 5 years in the People & Culture space, Kasi is dedicated to driving positive change and supporting businesses to reach their full potential. 

As our People & Culture Executive, Kasi's core focus areas include operational HR support and advice, HR Automation and Implementation, recruitment and employee relations. Kasi takes great pride in helping our clients foster positive workplace cultures, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. 

An experienced Executive Leader with nearly two decades operating in the Marketing field, Kristy specialises in devising insight led, result-oriented strategies designed to drive business growth.

Kristy is a strong believer in brand and culture being two sides of the same coin. People want to be affiliated with great brands and great brands are fuelled by a great culture and passionate people. Getting alignment between brand and culture is what makes truly remarkable businesses. 

With 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Finance and Payroll, Sharon has worked across a diverse range of industries including construction, brewing, automotive, marine and retail. 

As our Administration and Accounts Executive, Sharon provides backend support to our clients inclusive of data entry and review as part of HR Automation and Implementation, payroll reconciliations and general administration duties. Sharon also plays a critical role in supporting the Meraki People team.
